Rescue & Rehoming
For over forty four years we have been specialising in Tortoises. Many different species, including: the popular garden ones such as Hermann’s, Horsfield’s, Marginated, and Mediterranean Spur Thighed.
We also offer Tropical species, such as Leopards, Redfooted and Sulcatas. These grow bigger than garden tortoises, sometimes very big and can attain 40 kilos in weight. They require a more advanced level of welfare care. We frequently rescue tortoises from people, who need to find a new home for them. However we rarely pass these tortoises on to new homes, preferring to care for them ourselves.
When ever we sell a Tortoise, we advise our customers, if they find their personal circumstances change, we will always accept the Tortoise back.

We only specialise in land Tortoises. We are not able to help with Terrapins or Turtles – sorry.
